The Domaine de Sarlandie is an old 19th century wine estate that has just been recently renovated. You will be seduced in particular by its large interior spaces (75 m2 living room on the ground floor and 65 m2 cathedral living room upstairs), its 5 x 10 m swimming pool facing south and its 80 m2 wooden terrace. The space Outside of rental periods, this 300 m2 stone house is our main residence. It is therefore fully furnished and equipped to allow you to stay there in peace. Upon crossing the front door, you enter a 35 m2 living room-kitchen open to a 40 m2 living room (i.e. a 75 m2 living room in complete conviviality). From the kitchen, you have access to an 80 m2 wooden terrace equipped with a gas-powered grill-barbecue, a large table with chairs and parasols. A 5x10m swimming pool (chlorine treatment) facing south (depth of 1m40) will allow you to relax in complete privacy or conviviality. Our house can accommodate up to 15 people, with the beds distributed as follows: - on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms or master suites each with their own private bathroom with toilet. These 2 bedrooms have twin beds (2 beds 90x190 or 1 bed 180x190). Don't forget to tell us the type of bed you want at the time of booking. - Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, including 1 with 1 bed of 140 cm, 1 with 1 bed of 160 cm, and 1 with 2 twin beds (2x90 cm or 1x180 cm); as well as a 65 m² living room where we can, at your convenience, set up up to 5 additional beds separated by screens. 2 baby beds ("umbrella" beds) can also be provided on request. The upstairs bedrooms have 2 independent bathrooms with toilets. Upstairs, the 65 m2 library living room with its large cathedral ceiling can, depending on the purpose of your stay, serve as a meeting room or will be ideal for organizing personal development courses (yoga, sophrology, etc.). For safety reasons (wooden floors), parties are not allowed upstairs: use the ground floor! Depending on the season of your reservation and the weather conditions, you can enjoy the fully fenced, grassed and fruit tree-lined outdoor areas, as well as a small vegetable garden that we entrust to you for maintenance and watering thanks to a rainwater collection system. Other things to note Mobile telephony and internet: Located in a green setting between vineyards and forests, the Domaine de Sarlandie is also located in an area where mobile phone networks (all operators combined) are random. The house is however connected to fiber optics and a box whose access code will be provided upon arrival.
