Domaine de Sarlandie is a former 19th century winery that has just been recently renovated. You will be seduced in particular by its large interior spaces (75 m2 living room on the ground floor and 65 m2 cathedral living room upstairs), its 5 x 10 m swimming pool facing south and its 80 m2 wooden terrace. The space Outside of rental periods, this 300m2-sized stone house is our primary residence. It is therefore fully furnished and equipped to allow you to stay in complete tranquility. As you walk through the front door, you enter a living kitchen of 35 m2 open to a living room of 40 m2 (i.e. a living room of 75 m2 in a conviviality of 75 m2). From the kitchen, you access an 80 m2 wooden deck equipped with a table, chairs and umbrellas and extended by an indoor garden, with its gas barbecue and solar oven. A 5x10m swimming pool (chlorine treatment) facing south (depth of1m40) will allow you to relax in complete privacy or conviviality. Our house can accommodate up to 14 beds, distributed as follows: - on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms or master suites each with their own private bathroom with toilet. These 2 bedrooms come with twin beds (2 beds in 90x190 or 1 bed in 180x190). Remember to tell us the type of sleeping arrangements you want when you book. - on the floor: 3 bedrooms including 1 with 1 bed in 140 cm, 1 with 1 bed in 160 cm, 1 with 2 twin beds (2x90cm or 1x180cm); as well as a 65 m2 living room where we can install up to 4 additional beds that can be separated by screens at your convenience. 2 cribs ("umbrella" beds) can also be made available to you on request. The bedrooms located upstairs have 2 independent bathrooms with toilet. Upstairs, the library lounge with its voluminous cathedral ceiling of 65 m2 will be able to serve as a meeting room depending on the purpose of your stay or will be ideal for organizing personal development courses (yoga, Sophrology...). For safety reasons (wood parquet flooring), parties are prohibited upstairs: prefer the ground floor! Depending on the season of your reservation and weather conditions, you will be able to enjoy the fully fenced, grassed and fruit trees, as well as a small vegetable garden, which we entrust you with maintenance and watering thanks to a rainwater recovery system. Other things to note Mobile phone and internet: Located in a green setting between vineyards and forests, Domaine de Sarlandie is also set in an area where mobile phone networks (any operator) are random. The house is however connected to the fiber optic and a box whose access code will be provided to you on arrival.
