The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, gas cooktop (6 burners), panini press, kettle, blender/mixer, drip coffee machine, complete dishware, and cleaning products. The master bedroom includes a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe, a vanity with chair, as well as an iron and ironing board. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) with clean linens, bedspreads, and a Moroccan blanket available in the wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink, and includes towels, toilet paper, toiletries, and a hair dryer. A balcony is also available for drying your laundry, overlooking the inner courtyard. I live on the ground floor and remain available if needed. Security cameras are installed outside only, for your safety. Other things to note 📋 *Important information & house rules: Parties and events are not allowed. No outside visitors are permitted without prior approval. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Please respect the neighborhood by keeping quiet between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. In case of any damage, please inform us immediately. 🪪 *Required documents: To facilitate your arrival and in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements, please read the following information carefully: * Upon arrival at the property, each guest included in the reservation must present the original of their identity card or passport so that its information can be verified. No copies, photographs, or scans of these documents will be taken. * For couples where at least one of the two travelers is a Moroccan national, an official civil marriage certificate issued by a competent civil authority must be presented upon arrival. Religious marriage documents or any other document that does not constitute an official civil marriage certificate will not be accepted. * The marriage certificate will only be examined to verify that it corresponds to the identity documents presented. No copies, photographs, or scans of the marriage certificate will be taken. * All adult guests included in the reservation will also be required to sign the rental agreement upon arrival. Failure to present the required documents or to comply with the above requirements may result in refusal of access to the property.
