Welcome to the Alessandro&Dina's House residence in Costa Rey on the beautiful south-eastern coast of Sardinia. A crystal clear sea, light sandy beaches and coves with cliffs await you. Whether you are looking for a bit of relaxation, a perfect tan, snorkeling or lying comfortably immersed in nature, you have come to the right place. The space This is an apartment on the first and last floor of a multi-family house with access via an external staircase from the common garden to the three apartments of the building. The house is located in a quiet residential area at the foot of a complex of hills not far from the sea. The apartment, designed for a maximum of 4 guests, consists of an external veranda with a beautiful view of the village, a living room entrance, a bathroom and two bedrooms (one double and one single with a bunk bed which can possibly be adapted to a double bed). The real estate unit has a dedicated kitchen with sink, gas hob, extractor hood, classic electric oven, Whirlpool microwave oven with crisp function, refrigerator and coffee machine; in the bathroom there is a shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink with relative cabinet and mirror and hairdryer. The house is equipped with a portable plastic drying rack for laundry and 4 containers for separate waste collection. In addition to the internal wooden table, there is also an external plastic table with 4 chairs. In the kitchen there is a 32-inch LCD TV with TVSAT device for viewing free-to-air satellite channels (multinationals) and most of the Italian Digital Terrestrial channels. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner, WIFI connection, gas and carbon monoxide rilevator and fire extinguisher. In the kitchen you will find ceramic plates, tops and bottoms, glass glasses, pots, pans and containers and various accessories ready for use. As regards rubbish, it must be separated (paper, plastic, glass and cans, wet and dry), placed in the appropriate bags inside the containers provided. If you need them, we are available, free of charge, linen sets for the bathroom linen and sheets/bedspreads/pillowcases for the bedrooms. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Pets are also not allowed. In the common garden of the building it is possible to use an outdoor shower with hot water, a washing machine and a tub. The house is located 500 meters away. as the crow flies from the sea while the closest beach, which can also be reached on foot, is about 650m away. Various other locations and their famous beaches can be reached by car. The structure also enjoys a large free car esternal park less than 40 meters from the apartment. A short distance away, directly in the town of Costa Rey, there are various commercial activities (supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, trattorias, ice cream parlors, etc.) as well as kiosks located along the beach near the main beaches. Guest access In addition to the entire apartment on the first floor of the house, guests can use, in the outdoor garden, a barbecue, a laundry area with washing machine and an outdoor shower with hot water. Other things to note The guests who have stayed with us in recent years have appreciated the tranquility of the place and the possibility of using an external shower to wash themselves with hot water at any time of the day.
