Look into the valley

In our detached cottage at the upper end of Böhlen, you can relax and unwind on two floors and 120 square meters. It is rustic and cozy. The space On the lower floor there is a large living and dining room with fireplace (with cooking and baking function) and fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the bathroom (shower, toilet), there is a bedroom with a 2 x 2 meter bed. From the living room, you can go directly to the large terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the sunset, with a wonderful view of the countryside above Böhlen. The upper floor also has a small bathroom ( shower, toilet) two separate bedrooms and a large cozy living room with benches and additional couch with sleeping function. Behind the house is a large garden that invites you to relax or grill. From the garden you can walk directly to the top point of Böhlen: the Groß Grube and a 360-degree view to the Rennsteig, long mountain, Fröbelturm. The Schwarzatal , the Rennsteig are easy for nature lovers to reach. For those interested in culture, cities such as Weimar, Erfurt and Coburg are about an hour away. In summer, numerous forest baths in Altenfeld, Königsee, Schwarzburg, Mellenbach, Sitzendorf and Großbreitenbach invite you to cool off. Other things to note We additionally charge the cost of gas, water and electricity according to consumption at the end of the stay. The firewood is free. There are shopping facilities and a pharmacy in Großbreitenbach.
