Conveniently located near the Danforth, Woodbine Beach, parks, and trails, the apartment is a short bus/subway ride or a 15 min drive from Downtown Toronto. Self-contained and spacious, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, new laundry facilities, a queen-sized bed, ample storage, and plenty of natural light. The space You won’t feel cramped in all 800 square feet of the spacious, recently constructed, basement apartment that features 8 ft ceilings and an open-concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and more—including appliances—ideal for preparing meals during your stay! In addition, you'll find a laundry room with a new washer and dryer and the apartment includes a separate keypad entrance, accessible from the back of the house. Bedroom – Cozy and comfortable, featuring a queen-sized bed with a down duvet and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The side tables have built-in USB-A ports so charging your phones is effortless. Bathroom - A bright, spa-like 3-piece bathroom with a shower niche awaits you at the end of a long day! Stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash, additional toiletries are also found inside the medicine cabinet and there’s a hair dryer beneath the sink. LIVING SPACE • Relax on the couch during your stay and enjoy the open-concept living space which boasts a 45" Sony TV with multiple streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV. ) This fantastic location offers a wide range of nearby amenities, including some of the area's finest restaurants on the Danforth, entertainment, and grocery stores. Michael Garron Hospital is within walking distance and a twenty-four-hour Shoppers Drug Mart carrying essentials and groceries is just two blocks away. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are several wonderful parks nearby and forested trails where you can explore Toronto’s natural beauty. Woodbine Subway Station is a 15-minute walk or 4-minute bus ride away, and the bus stop is only half a block from the apartment. Once at the station, you are a 15 min subway ride from Downtown Toronto where you can explore the city's many attractions. PARKING - If you require parking, please let me know in your booking request and I will be pleased to arrange a spot for your vehicle in the driveway. Guest access Guests have the whole separate and private basement apartment to themselves and do not share it with anyone else. It is separated from the main part of the house by a locked door. Access is at the back of the house using the basement walk-out entrance. You enter the suite using a digital smart lock that utilizes a keypad and access code to lock and unlock. The access code will be provided prior to 3 pm on the day of check-in. Other things to note Check-out time is 11 am check-in time is 3 pm When you check out it is expected the suite will be left relatively clean of garbage. If the suite is left dirtier than average, an additional fee may be charged. Please note this is a non-smoking space. I have a very friendly, Boarder Collie/Australian Sheppard dog who lives in the house. He cannot access the guest suite and is not allowed entry to the suite even when vacant. While he does have access to the backyard, there is a gate that keeps him from the space allotted to the basement apartment. Registration Details STR-2305-HTXVHY
