All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager. ※ Booking changes and other options The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are allowed if reservation has already started. - Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed. - 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied. - 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied - 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived Note: Conditions for rebooking: 1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking. 2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability.
