Great views, light filled and spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom. 8 min walk to Nederland and RTD Bus station, 10min drive to Eldora, 25min to Boulder, 30min to Estes Park. Outdoor recreation abounds with hiking, snowshoeing, and skiing minutes away!! The space Home has radiant heat floors, is south facing with lots of sun, and was built in 2014. It's super clean, new, and cozy. Whole house water filter ensures crisp clean water for drinking and bathing. Large, master bedroom (queen bed) is on main floor and has a dual sink full bath attached. Living area (main level) is spacious and filled with vibrant plants. There is also a half bath on the main level. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms (queen beds) and a full bath (not attached to rooms). Kitchen is on main level equipped with a gas stove, full oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, full fridge, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, granite countertops, and a lovely view. The kitchen will have organic olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and coffee filters. Guest access Entire house (master bed/bath, upstairs bed/bath, main living area, kitchen, 1/2 bath) with the EXCLUSIONS of the utility closet, owner's personal closets in bedrooms and on main level, garage, and some cabinets will be locked. Owner will NOT be on the premises during your stay and you can enjoy the space to yourselves. Other things to note This is my home and certain cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom will be locked with personal belongings – other than that there are very few personal things in the space.
