The space Explore the luxury and comfort of our spacious home, tailored for families or groups in search of a unique experience. Over two floors you will find an open plan living and kitchen that invites socializing and communal meals. The living room is ample equipped with a comfortable sofa group, two dining areas – one for up to 10 people and another with a round table for five, next to a cosy fireplace and a state-of-the-art Bang & Olufsen Beosound facility for music lovers. On the ground floor there is also a separate laundry room with its own entrance and an inviting entrance with wardrobe. Work and relaxation go hand in hand with a dedicated office area, equipped with one workspace and two 21-inch flat screens for your convenience. The sleeping configuration includes three double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds, perfectly suited to the needs of both adults and children: Master Bedroom: Queen size (180x200cm) Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200cm) Bedroom 3: Double bed (140x200cm) Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (2 beds 90 x 200 cm) Two well-equipped bathrooms and a separate toilet ensure comfort and convenience for all guests. For relaxation, our large TV room stands ready, with a 75-inch TV and surround system, perfect for movie nights. The outdoor area offers sun from morning to evening, in a peaceful and private residential area. With only 200 meters to some of the most popular beaches in inner Oslofjord and proximity to the tennis club, football arena, swimming pool, as well as a shopping center with a selection of restaurants and cafes, our property is ideally located for a memorable holiday. Experience the best of comfort and location in our home. Please note that both main bathrooms (2 pcs) are fully renovated in spring 2026, and to a particularly high standard. Pictures will be added. Guest access Apart from a separate apartment with its own entrance on the back of the house, you as our guests have full access to the whole house, including an inviting lounge area equipped with a barbecue, a large dining table for 10 people and a comfortable sofa group. This area is perfect for enjoying relaxing evenings and pleasant gatherings. Around the pool await four sunbeds with side tables and two lounge chairs, ideal for absorbing the sun's rays in peace and quiet. For a carefree experience, we also offer several parking spaces and rental of kayaks, SUP boards, tennis rackets, and various toys for the children, including access to a private trampoline on the back of the house. We invite you to take advantage of all the facilities for an unforgettable and comfortable stay with us. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable and appropriate stay for all our guests, there are some important points we want to highlight: Age limit: We have an age limit of 25 years to book our home. This is to ensure responsibility and respect for the property and the neighborhood. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We ask that anyone who wants to smoke, do so outdoors and use the ashtrays provided. Noise: We are located in a quiet residential area and ask that our guests respect a low noise level, especially after 10 pm. This is to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors. Pets: While we love animals, we unfortunately do not allow pets in our home. This is to ensure an allergy-friendly environment for all guests. Cleaning: A final cleaning is included in the stay, but we appreciate if you keep the house tidy and report any accidents that occur during the stay. Additional amenities: We offer free use of kayak, paddleboards, tennis rackets, and other leisure items. We kindly ask that these are treated with care and returned in the same condition as when lent.
