Fast WiFi and Smart TVs in each bedroom. Walk down the path to a tranquil, wake free alcove of Raystown Lake where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking & paddle boarding. Home is a 15 min drive to Seven Points Marina, 10 min to Historic Downtown Huntingdon & 50 min to Penn State's Beaver Stadium. The space Open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining room. 1st floor Bear bedroom with private full bath, Queen size bed and twin pull-out loveseat. 2nd floor Fish bedroom with Queen sized bed. 2nd floor Forest bedroom with Twin over Queen bunk beds and an additional twin bed. Smart TVs in every bedroom. 55in Smart TV in the living room. Guest access Guests may access the entire home and property with exception of the basement. Other things to note Property sits approximately 400 yards from the best alcove for kayaking and swimming on Raystown Lake. If you don’t wish to walk the full 400 yards, you may drive to the end of the paved road and park your vehicle then follow a short path (appx 150 yards) to the lake. This area of the lake, the Hawns Run alcove, is a no-wake zone and is well suited for swimming, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding and is the alcove that is home to Snyder’s Run boat launch. If you’re looking to launch your boat, the closest boat launches are located at Snyder’s Run and Seven Points Marina. Both are approximately a 10 minute drive. Once in the water, you can anchor or moor at the lake alcove which is walking distance from the home (400 yards). This is located directly across from Snyder’s Run boat launch. If you’re planning to pull your boat out every night, there is room to store it in the driveway. If you’re planning to keep the boat in the water during your stay, consider contacting Seven Points Marina to obtain a temporary slip.
