Studio with garden near train station

We welcome you to an independent studio benefiting from a central location while offering the calm of a private cul-de-sac. Annemasse train station is very close (6 min walk) which will allow you to get to Geneva (Cornavin train station) in 30 min. The shops and restaurants of downtown Annemasse are also within walking distance. The studio is equipped for an independent stay, with TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy a shared garden and private parking space. The space The studio is cozy and furnished for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. The sleeping area has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe with shelves. An iron is at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Guest access The studio is adjacent to our house. The entrance to the accommodation is independent, and access is via the common garden. A dining area and sun loungers are set up in front of the studio so you can enjoy the garden. Guests can park their vehicle for free in the house yard (please let us know before you arrive to reserve the space). If you are traveling by bike it is possible to store two bikes in our garage (please let us know in advance). Other things to note We own a medium-sized female dog. She's friendly with guests.
