Other things to note This is an top/down duplex building and you must climb 20 steps to reach the top apartment. You will enter the upstairs apartment using the door on the right (B). And the downstairs apartment (A) by using the door on the left or the back door. The doors do not auto-lock. Please take a moment to ensure the deadbolt is locked as you come and go. From the outside, simply press the “Schlage” oval and turn the deadbolt. Give it a tug afterward to ensure it is locked. From the inside, simply turn the deadbolt. The private parking area is found at the back of the property. It has TWO assigned parking spots for your stay. This area is shared with the between both apartments. You can park any additional vehicles on the street in front of the property. Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only bringing food items to the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can. Due to many delays, construction on the property next door is indefinitely halted. Please do not be detracted by the unfinished look of that property.
