Spacious cosy one bedroom flat & terrace

The perfect flat for couples that want to enjoy easy access to the rest of London. Cosy and spacious with a modern well equipped kitchen and a gorgeous living room, it also has a great terrace, and two bathrooms. You'll be a stone's throw away from a bustling high street with pubs, restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep, and the River Thames less than a 10 minute walk away. The space The flat has a large outdoor terrace with both a dining table and a lounge area. Inside on the first floor you have the bathroom with a sink, shower/bath and washer dryer, and a separate toilet beside it. Once you go upstairs you have a locked door on the left which is my bedroom that you won't have access to. Next door you have the kitchen. Once you go up to the next stairs you will get to your bedroom on the left, with the living room straight ahead, and finally the second bathroom up another short set of stairs to the right. Guest access The guests will have access to the whole flat, except my bedroom which is locked. This is the first room on the left as you go up the first stairs (it will be signposted as private). I will also keep my old bike there with a lock, which you are free to use if you wish. Other things to note Although the address is on Putney High Street, the entrance is just off Norroy Road (a one way street coming off Putney High Street). You go through a gate, then an alley and up some stairs to the terrace, where you will find the front door. Exact instructions will be provided upon booking.
