Calilla Home - Scirocco apartment is a luxurious apartment on two floors, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is equipped with all amenities, studied in detail to make guests feel pampered and relaxed with the sole purpose of making their vacation unforgettable. As our guests, you will have 2 bicycles at your disposal, free access to the residence's exclusive swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, the tennis court and much more The space The apartment has two floors and is structured as follows: - Second floor. There is the kitchen, the living room with a double sofa bed, TV with Netflix and Prime video subscription, air conditioning. On this floor is our first bedroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds), a large desk perfect for working or doing school homework, a fan, and we also find the first full bathroom, with a window and shower. The bedroom and living room lead to our beautiful terrace overlooking the park, equipped with a sofa, awning and mosquito net, perfect for enjoying an aperitif! - Second floor The internal staircase leads to the large attic, where we find a double bed and two single beds (which can become double beds if necessary, so as to have a total of 3 double beds in the attic). The attic has a private bathroom, also with a window and shower. The attic has all the comforts, air conditioning, fan, TV with Netflix and Prime video subscription and a desk. Wifi is available throughout the apartment Guest access As part of the exclusive Marina Fiorita residence, our guests can enjoy many free services including: large swimming pool and children's pool with umbrellas and deck chairs, tennis court, a rooftop solarium, basketball hoop, a marina where you can admire the sunset and lots of greenery. The swimming pool is open seasonally, so it is open from early June to mid September. Other things to note We provide our guests with 2 bicycles per adult, 2 rackets to use on the residence's tennis court and beach towels perfect for use in the pool (during the period when the pool is open). Inside the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen, towels, safe, sheets, lots of games for fun and a notebook with our tips and suggestions on what to visit.
