Spacious double bedroom complete with a newly renovated ensuite ideal for single or double occupancy. Our house is located within walking distance to Brackley town centre and Mercedes GP. Only a 15 minute drive to the Silverstone circuit. The property has a large driveway for parking and also has access to a kitchen diner, garden with patio and chairs and a study with desk. The space The double bedroom with a newly renovated ensuite is located on the west of the propery. In the room the amenities include: ○Double bed with firm to medium mattress ○Pillows and extra available in the room ○TV (Sky and Sky sports on request) and Netflix and Prime ○Two side tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with hangers. ○Hairdryer ○Iron and iron board on request The ensuite includes: ○Clean towels and bath mat. ○Mirror ○Toilet paper and shower gel. There is a large study with a spare desk if you need to work during your stay and a spacious kitchen diner which is next to the outside patio, complete with table and chairs. You can also use the fridge and cook anything you would like to eat. Guest access Guests will be provided with a key and can access the propery at any time. The kitchen diner, garden and study can be accessed during your stay. During your stay We love to get to know our guests but we will always respect your privacy. Guests can always contact me with any questions and I will respond as quickly as possible. Other things to note I live with my husband Richard at the property along with our two friendly cats, Rusty and Marmalade, who only have access to downstairs.
