Just a minutes walk from the Golf Clubhouse, the Gym and the Tennis courts. It enjoys golf course views as well as the ocean. With 4 well appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and it's own pool - what more could you ask for? The villa comes with membership and access to all of Royal Westmoreland's Club facilities. The property is a four bedroom semi-detached townhouse. On the ground floor, there is a master suite with a luxury en suite bathroom. The bedroom opens up to the garden. Here you will find the pool and terrace area. These are accessed via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Two additional guest bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom are also on this level. A fourth en suite master guest bedroom of equally generous proportions is provided on the mezzanine floor. All bedrooms are airconditioned. On the first floor, large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors opens up the elegantly modern living and dining areas. These lead to a covered, west-facing terrace overlooking the private pool - just perfect to watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. From here the unrivalled fairway and sea views can be enjoyed to their fullest. There are ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen - no airconditioners, but with the fans and windows and doors open, a beautiful breeze cools the area. The kitchen is equipped with Meile appliances as well as Meile washer & dryer. The villa is stylishly furnished and the walls adorned with original island photography. The villa comes with full Royal Westmoreland membership so all guests have access to the Club facilities, which includes the Gym, Sanctuary Swimming Pool, the Tennis and Padel Courts as well as The Beach Club at Mullins. Sugar Cane Mews is a small neighborhood of townhouses located next to the Royal Westmoreland Clubhouse, directly overlooking the golf practice green. It is also directly opposite the Sanctuary, where the gym and a large communal pool are located. Everything in easy walking distance. The villa has it's own dedicated parking. A hire car is highly recommended for access to shopping, beaches and the fabulous restaurants located in Holetown. A complimentary shuttle is available from The Sanctuary, to take you to The Beach Club at Mullins. Most other RWM facilities are within easy walking distance. The villa is ideally located just steps away from the Golf Clubhouse as well as the Sanctuary Gym and a short 5 minute walk to the tennis courts. Food options on resort include the Clubhouse for lunch (dinner take out/delivery available), the Halfway House for very a quick take away breakfast or lunch and the Rum Shak for casual dinner and drinks. All within walking distance.
