A perfect landing pad after a long day of hiking! Located on the second floor (please note that this means there are stairs…), this apartment has absolutely everything you might need to feel a little more like you are at home. A well stocked kitchen with room to store your food and supplies, a quaint and comfy living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a nice roomy bedroom with a comfortable memory foam bed, sure to get you the rest you need! This is a downtown location, so please note that there will be some city noises, if you are used to or anticipating the quiet. (Early morning traffic and city noise will occur!) The bathroom has a stand up shower and place to store your belongings if need be. Towels are provided, extras are located in the drawers under the bed. (Please note the shower is a bit small and might not be ideal for taller individuals) The thing guests love the most about our location is how centrally located it is! Only 30 minutes to drive to Acadia National Park bar harbor, and Bangor, and only 20 minutes to Blue Hill Peninsula! Walk to breakfast lunch and dinner in 2 minutes, shops, natural food grocery store, local ice cream parlor, beer garden and more, are also just a short minutes walk away! Guest access All of the apartment with the exception of a closet used by our cleaning staff Other things to note *guests can expect an environment that embraces DEI This apartment is on the second floor, is very quaint, cozy, clean and eclectic. Nothing matches, nothing is fancy or finely pressed. The apartment is located in the city in a downtown location so folks looking to sleep in might want to take note! (❄️ air conditioning is available mid May through the end of October as they are window units we must remove during the winter season) We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee) to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays (4+ days), guests may wish to pick up additional supplies as needed. Please also note that we do not use chemical filled and heavily scented cleaners, so if you are a custom to smelling potent fragrance or bleach in order to feel it’s clean, OR feel things need to be modern and updated in order to feel it is clean, this might not be your vibe…. Lastly, due to the unexpected nature of what is going on in the United States I must reiterate that this listing has a very strict cancellation policy and due to the uncertainty of what is to come financially, I cannot under any circumstances refund you, even partially should you have to cancel. I regret this as I know sometimes unexpected things happen, but I no longer will be able to accommodate such a request 😕 Please take this into consideration before finalizing your booking.
