The space This private 900 sq. ft. garden-level suite combines the character of a 1920s Vancouver home with thoughtful modern updates. Real hardwood floors, full-height ceilings, and a spacious layout make it comfortable for both short and extended stays. The suite is fully self-contained with its own private entrance and offers a warm, welcoming environment for families, professionals, and travelers looking for a quiet residential setting. Bedrooms & Sleeping Options The suite includes three separate bedrooms: • Two bedrooms with queen beds • One bedroom with a double bed Each bedroom features quality linens, comfortable mattresses, and generous storage space. The living room also includes a large sectional sofa that converts to a pull-out bed for two, offering added flexibility for groups or families. Living Area The living room provides a relaxed and inviting space with: • A large sectional sofa • Built-in fireplace • 55” TV with Apple TV for streaming • High-speed WiFi (approx. 500 Mbps) for work or entertainment • A dining table that seats four It’s a bright, comfortable area to unwind after a day exploring the city. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals at home: • Dishwasher • Nespresso machine • Full cookware and utensils • Kitchen staples, spices, and essentials • Full-sized refrigerator and oven Whether you’re staying for a weekend or several weeks, the kitchen provides all the tools and conveniences of home. Bathroom The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and is stocked with: • Fresh towels • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Hair dryer Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Laundry & Essentials Laundry is available for guest use and is located in a secured room at the rear of the house. Laundry access is provided daily between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM via a time-controlled lock. Heating, ventilation, and all essential amenities are included to ensure comfort year-round. Privacy & Access Guests have private access to the entire lower level of the home through a separate entrance. While this is part of a character home, the suite has been updated and insulated; however, light everyday noise from the upper level may occasionally be heard. Parking Free street parking is available directly in front of the home. No permits are required. Guest Support We aim to provide a comfortable, seamless experience. If anything is missing or you need assistance during your stay, we’re always happy to help. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire garden-level suite, including the private entrance, all bedrooms, the living area, kitchen, and bathroom. There are no shared interior spaces. Laundry access is available in a dedicated laundry room located at the back of the house. This space is secured with its own passcode and is used by the hosts to service the suite. Guests may request access to the laundry facilities, and we are happy to accommodate at reasonable times. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home with no permit required. Guests may also use the outdoor walkway that leads to their private entrance. The upper level of the home is occupied by the hosts and is not part of the guest space. Self check-in is provided via keypad for flexible arrival. Other things to note • This suite is part of a restored 1920s character home. While the lower level has been updated and insulated, light everyday noise from the upper level may occasionally be heard. • The suite has standard ceiling height throughout and does not feel like a typical basement suite. • Free street parking is available directly in front of the home; no permits are required. • Laundry access is available upon request. The laundry room is located at the rear of the home and secured with its own passcode. • Self check-in is provided via keypad for flexible arrival. • The suite has its own private entrance and no shared interior spaces. • For longer stays, we’re happy to assist with additional linens or supplies upon request.
