Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. With the convenience of having everything at your disposal, you will have a relaxed stay during your trip to beautiful Mexico City. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms, high speed internet, smart TVs, a full kitchen, close proximity to everything in Condesa, and a private rooftop with sunset views are just a few of the many things that are available to you during your stay! We cannot wait to meet you! Bienvenid@s a Casa Guelda 🌵 The space The Building: For starters, the building itself has a total of 5 apartments. Each apartment owns the entirety of a floor. The building includes 24-hour security surveillance, parking, and an elevator service that opens directly into the unit. Which, of course, only you will hold access to during your stay. The building and the unit are very secure. The Apartment: The elevator opens up directly into the unit. The living room overlooks the neighborhood with a balcony extending out over the trees. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath and is connected by a long, bright hallway. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit, a queen size 14-inch gel memory foam mattress, a private balcony full of plants, and a set of both sheer and dark curtains for additional privacy. The apartment also includes an individual-sized blow-up mattress for those who travel in a slightly larger group. There is a cleaning room with washer and dryer available for use during your stay. In the same supplies closet, you will find an ironing set-up and a steamer. The bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash, and body milk (lotion). There is one hair dryer located in the en-suite bathroom. Stays of longer than a week may include an “express” cleaning service (no additional cost). Details to be provided upon booking. The Rooftop: Private rooftop with INTERNET! The rooftop is located on a separate floor with private access only for YOU. It is not shared with any other unit. The rooftop includes a bathroom, a bar area with sink, a grill, outdoor dining and outdoor furniture. Other things to note Things to be mindful of: 1) Check-in time is from 3pm-8pm. Please plan to arrive during that window! If you plan to take a later flight, then please message me so that I can arrange for a later check-in. 2) Check-out time is from 8am-11am. If you plan to take an early flight which requires an earlier check out, then please message me so that I can arrange for an earlier check-out. 3) The air conditioning units are located exclusively in the two bedrooms. It is essential to turn them off when not in use to conserve energy and maintain the care of the amenities. (Additionally, we provide portable heaters and fans on-site for your convenience!) 4) Apart from the stairwell, apartment access is dependent on an elevator key card. The replacement of this key card incurs a fee if lost or damaged. 5) Please note that we are located in the heart of a bustling city, so we discourage bookings for those seeking a ‘quiet stay,’ as city and residential noises are beyond our control.
