The space Renovated completely in 2021 and once again in 2022/2023, The Holland Lake Cottage feels like a new home with the warmth of a family cottage. Although the inside of the cottage will truly impress, life at the cottage is meant to be outdoors! With an oversized side yard and deck you will be able to enjoy: - Swimming! With shallow water to the dock (40ft+ out) and feet friendly lake bottom - Kayak, paddle boating, and pedal boating - Fishing off the dock or pedal boat - Campfires while lounging in Adirondack chairs - Yard games like cornhole/bags - A sprawling deck/patio with outdoor dining & seating overlooking Holland Lake - Morning coffee/tea in our comfortable cushioned rocking chairs The Kitchen is fully loaded with: - 4 barstools to eat or socialize around an oversized granite island - Fully stocked coffee bar - Baking and cooking utensils - Pots & pans - Kids plates, bowls, and silverware - A blender - And much more! The Living Room is bright, airy, and showcases: - Panoramic beautiful views of Holland Lake - All new furniture (2023) - large comfy couch, oversized loveseat, and two classic blue side chairs - A giant comfortable rug and coffee table - A stone surround electric fireplace - A mounted 50” television with streaming services (just login with your account) - A cupboard full of board games for those rainy days - A cupboard with kids toys The Dining Room is one of our favorite rooms due to its great versatility! - Centered around a dining room table fitting 6 - The best view of the lake during meals! - A simple pull of the dining room rug makes room for a pull down queen-size Murphy bed. Put up the privacy room divider and enjoy the perfect lake sunrise view in the morning! The Bunk Room features: - 2 custom built twin xl sleeping bunks (4 beds) for children or adults! - These custom built bunks are built to stand the test of time and feature slide out drawers for storage during your stay! - For added safety, we keep 4 children safety cloth bumpers at the cottage (above master bedroom closet) at all times to install on the bunks. The Master Bedroom hosts: - A queen bed with two bedside tables and lamps - A large dresser - Closet - Ceiling Fan - We also keep a pack and play and air mattress in the closet at all times for your convenience. The Bathroom includes: - A granite countertop double vanity sink - Hair dryer - Makeup towels - Bath towels - Hand towels - Two small step stools for children needing a little boost to reach the sinks or toilet. - And more! The Utility Room features: - Full size washer and dryer that are available to you during your stay!
