The space Bedrooms: 1 Bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with a full size bed and a twin bed, Bonus Room in garage has a twin size daybed with a twin trundle. All bedrooms have tv with Netflix. Living area/Kitchen: Open floor plan tastefully decorated. Smart TV in living room with cable & Netflix. Kitchen is fully equipped with spices, Keurig Duo coffer maker (complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar)toaster, rice cooker, bar cart, bakeware and cookware, griddle. Stainless steel appliances,Island in kitchen with outlets on each end. Dining table for 6. Indoor Entertainment: Foosball table, ring toss, darts, board games, Xbox 360 Outdoor: Nice deck with outdoor dining table and chairs . Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for 2 locked supplies closets Other things to note Video surveillance: We have security cameras recording 24 hours at the exterior front and back of the house. The video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, any suspicious activity on our property, guests sneaking in unapproved pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed and house rules. The cameras monitor only the exterior front door, driveway and back entrance of the house and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned
