A stylish Scandinavian-esque retreat found in the heart of New Hampshire, less than 2 hours from Boston. Ignited by the outdoors, inspired by connection and guided by relaxation. The house itself is a 3 level layout. Location to: Gunstock Ski Resort (4 Minutes) Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion (Concert Venue) (10 Minutes) Weirs Beach (14 Minutes) Mount Major (17 Minutes) Weirs Drive-In Theater (14 Minutes) Loudon Motor Speedway (27 Minutes) Laconia (13 Minutes) Boston (1 Hour 50 Mins - depending on traffic) Early check in/ late checkout may be available if our calendar and cleaning schedule can accommodate. There is a $50/hour charge associated for both. If this is something you would like, ask host when inquiring to book to see if this is possible for your stay. PARTIES ARE NOT permitted. This is great spot to be enjoyed by us and our guests but respect for our neighbors is a MUST. We ask that guests respect our neighbors as they would their own. Guest access Self check in with August Smart Lock system. A check in code will be sent to guests the day of check in, along with instructions on how to use the smart lock system. Other things to note -The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, fresh linens, Marshall bluetooth speaker, board games, books, wifi, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney + (Guests need to use their own accounts to access) -The house is made up of 3 levels, this is not a good fit for someone that is not comfortable with stairs. Ground Level (Front Door): You enter the house into the family/media room that holds a very cozy sectional, lots of games and large screen TV. A bathroom and laundry is also on the level. Second Level (Main Level): This level holds the kitchen, dining room (including 8 person dining table), living room (with wood burning stove) and one bedroom with a closet. Off the dining room there are large patio doors to a second level deck, as well as and screened off patio area. Here there is a wood burning stove that guests are welcome to use. Instructional videos are provided on how to use safely. We do not provide firewood, but you can pick it up at Lowes that is 12 minutes away, or any other local firewood stand. Third Level (Upstairs): Two bedrooms and a good size bathroom with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a small dresser and hanging rack available. There is no AC upstairs, each room has a tower fan. -WIFI is available on site, details are given with booking confirmation -Air conditioning is on the main level of the house, only. -Please be respectful of our home and our belongings. A lot of time and effort has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we hope to share with guests for a long time. Outside: -A gas fire pit is available to use on the upper deck. -Wood burning fire pit and 5 Adirondack chairs in the yard that guests can use. Guests must bring their own firewood, as mentioned above. -A Razor flattop BBQ is located on the upper deck, also available for guest use. Guests must clean after use. Instructions provided in welcome notes. Other Notes: -Personal hygiene accessories are not provided -Large driveway available for ample parking -Fire wood is not included. Guests are welcome to pick up bundles at the Lowes, 12 minutes away. We do provide fire starter sticks. Dogs must be approved BEFORE booking is confirmed. Guests with dogs must acknowledge: -Maximum 2 dogs allowed per stay -A pet fee of $100 is required per dog -Absolutely no pets on furniture, including the sofas or beds. -No Puppies under 2 years old. -Owners must pick up after dogs in the yard. -Must be spayed/neutered (less likely to mark territory) -Must be on leash at all times when outdoors. All neighbors have large dogs. Dogs can enjoy the upper deck as long as they do not use as a bathroom, and the safety gate is closed
