The space Located in a peaceful neighborhood in Anjuna, this 3 bedroom house features beautifully done up rooms and bathrooms with an artistic vibe. Surrounded by greenery, one can enjoy the sunset and views from the patio which streams natural sunlight to light up the bedrooms and living areas. You also get to see sunrise from the home through the beautiful paddy field. There are very high chances to spot peacocks as well in the paddy field. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house. 1 is an attached bathroom and one is a common bathroom. Both the bathrooms have a shower unit and geyser. The hall has an AC too. There is also a balcony to enjoy your beers as you watch the sun set! My caretaker is also available on call to help with anything you might need. Two-Wheeler parking is available on street level, right outside the house. Four-Wheeler parking is available in paid parking zones right outside the house. There is also free Four-Wheeler parking available right next to the building on first come first serve basis. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi in all rooms, bed linen, towels, Iron with Iron Board and cutlery. You'll have a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. A UPS is also available in case of power outages although the power is rarely out for more than an hour. Please Note : Due to fire hazard and safety concerns, there is no Gas Stove or utensils like cookers etc. required for heavy cooking. In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. The house is on the first floor and there is NO LIFT in the building. It's not difficult to get up at all. However, this could be an inconvenience to some guests so please consider this before booking. I would personally love to make your stay as pleasant as possible . Other things to note Please treat this home with love and respect, like you would treat your own home.
