There's also the big kitchen with cast-concrete countertops, a breakfast/coffee nook, dining area, living room, and bath. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, full bath, living room, and mud room with ample storage space for boots and motorsports gear. (So bring your slippers!) Guest access House sits above a ceramic studio, slated to open fall of 2026. Guest accommodations are separated from the storefront level studio by a stairway and a bolted door. Guests have access to the house which is the top 2 floors (two entrances, side yard, a large private parking area, and approx. 2700 square ft. of house) Inaccessible closets and areas on second floor have signage. Other things to note We have ample parking to the south of the building but please keep the following in mind if you have numerous or large trailers in winter: The parking area is roughly 53’ long by 40’ wide. In the winter season depending on how the snow is piling up and what length trailer you have, you may need to make a y-turn and back in about a half block, as we’re in the village and the street next to the house becomes a county snow dump after the first few big snows, until spring. (With longer trailers it can be a tight turnaround, totally possible but depends on your equipment and maneuvering comfort) Because of our high snow accumulation we also may ask that you work with us periodically to allow access for snow removal equipment, to keep the parking area accessible. No parking is permitted on Pine st. (M-203)
