Maisonnette in the green valley

This small maisonette will accommodate business travelers (30 min from Geneva and Annecy , 15 min from Annemasse) as well as couples /small families (hiking trails, mountain biking and ski resorts nearby: 20 min from Les Brasses, H confirmeraz). This property is located in a peaceful area, in a small hamlet of the Green Valley, facing the Meulières du Mont Vouan. You will be surprised by the view of the garden, disturbed by the sound of the fountain (drinking water, serve yourself!) The space Maisonette of 50 m2 , attached to our house ( what is called an outbuilding ) You park in the parking lot of the property in a private and secure space. On the ground floor, there is the fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a real sofa bed as well as the shower room. Upstairs is the sleeping area with a 160 cm bed and a small dressing room to put your things down. We provide toilet towels, bath mats and tea towels .
