Spacious living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, kettle, coffee maker (filter), toaster, kitchen scale) The living area is equipped with a smart TV, and Wi-Fi is also available. For a 3rd & 4th person, a sofa bed can be used in the living area. The daylight bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. The space Due to the hillside location, the entrance is at ground level and the apartment is always pleasantly tempered. The separate entrance makes the apartment independent. The two large windows and the dining table are on the east side of the apartment, so the morning sun invites you to a cozy breakfast. Other things to note Animal companions are welcome. Large or small bowls are available as an option. There is also a pet fee (€5/night/dog). Unfortunately, this fee cannot be taken into account when booking with Airbnb and is due after the booking is completed. To ensure that the next guests also enjoy their stay, the following points should be noted: Unleashing dogs on the premises is prohibited. There are wonderful places to go for walks very close by. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or in the bed. When arriving by car, you are welcome to park in the courtyard.
