'Painted Skies' is a modern two bedroom guest house situated on our 20 acre lifestyle block 3km from the Te Kuiti township in the heart of the King Country. Come and relax on your own private deck with a glass of bubbles and experience our extensive views to the west and picturesque sunsets. When darkness falls, listen to the night song of our resident moreporks and enjoy the stunning view of the stars. During the summertime you will look down upon beautiful dahlia gardens. The space Built in 2020, your accommodation is located approximately 15 metres from the main house and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen facilities are provided along with a light breakfast of milk, cereals, toast, spreads and a variety of tea and coffee. The deck also has 3 drop down screens to protect you from the sun, wind or rain while on the deck. Suitable for couples, families, business travellers or adventurers heading to the iconic Waitomo Caves, Mt Ruapehu or the timber trails in Pureora. Guest access Guests have access to the whole guest house and surrounding area. You have your own private entrance so you can come and go as you please with plenty of parking space. Other things to note Enjoy our natural limestone filtered spring water, native bush and friendly animals including: dogs, cats, sheep and miniature horses. 'Meet and greets' with the sheep and horses are available upon request.
