There is a king bed, full closet, a 3-piece bath and stacked washer/dryer unit in the loft. A full-sized sofa bed and a powder room are located downstairs. New air conditioning, an electric fireplace for cozy nights in, two flatscreen TVs, and newer appliances in the kitchen. The space First floor kitchen with island, half bath, dining area and living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and seating. Second floor full bath, washer and dryer combo and king-sized bed, flat screen TV and closet in the loft. Guest access You’ll have complete access to the entire space. Other things to note We are a pet-friendly space, and we deep-clean after every guest. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations should be provided by guests bringing a pet. We can accommodate only one dog under 60 lbs, please. Pets must be leashed and under pet parent supervision at all times while outside. Please pick up after your pet, and ensure that they don’t engage in disruptive behavior, such as excess barking, aggression, biting, and the like.
