The space SLEEPING SPACES: • Primary Bedroom - main floor, king size bed, smart TV, en suite bathroom • Bedroom 2 - main floor, queen bed, closet plus desk + chair • Bedroom 3 - main floor, queen bed • Bedroom 4 - lower level, bunk bed (twin over full), smart TV • Bedroom 5- lower level, 2 bunk beds (twin over twin + twin over full) • Lower level living room - full size futon KITCHEN + DINING • Main Level Kitchen: fully-stocked with coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, microwave, coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking spray, olive oil, salt + pepper, and all the essentials you need to cook a home cooked meal! • Main Dining Room: Table seats 10 plus room for 4 more at the island! • Lower Level Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking spray, olive oil, salt + pepper, and all the essentials you need to cook a home cooked meal! • Lower Level Dining Room: Table seats 4 people • Kitchenette: Located in the lower level, includes a fridge, sink, dishwasher, and two bar stools. LIVING ROOMS: • Two Large Living Room + Bonus smaller living room • All living rooms have smart TV's to login to your own streaming services and feel right at home! BATHROOMS: • Three main floor bathrooms (1 in the primary bedroom) • Two lower level bathrooms • All bathrooms include towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash + a basket of toiletries in case you for get something! BACKYARD: • 6-person hot tub with views of the rolling hills • Propane grill • Outdoor dining table + chairs • Pet horses if they come up to the fence • Ask about setting up a horse riding lesson! PARKING: • Parking is no issue here! There's plenty of room to park on the driveway and on the back side of the house. Just make sure to stay off the grass. LAUNDRY: • Enjoy the convenience of two washers and dryers. Detergent is provided, and free for guests! Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of our locked supply closets. The property is located on a horse ranch. Please do not go inside the horse barn as not all of the horses in there are ours. We have walking trails available in the summertime! Other things to note FAQs: Early check-in? - We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. Late Check-out? - No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? - No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time. Is this a shared home? - Nope! It's all yours! Do you offer a cleaning service? - Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us! Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? - No. This is against our policy.
