Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the apartment, the private rooftop terrace, and the community amenities such as the swimming pool and garden areas. Other things to note Quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The cleaning costs are used to clean the floors, sheets and towels, if additional cleaning or difficult stains are necessary, there will be a supplement. Check-out time at 11:00 in the morning. For stays longer than 3 weeks a supplement for the electricity that passes 50€ is charged.
