Long stays are encouraged to purchase additional items, if needed. ✅Cleaning: Rest assured, the home is thoroughly sanitized and cleaned between stays. If you'd like, we can arrange mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee. Our housekeeping team is awesome! ✅We love furry friends! Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you during your stay. However, please note there is an additional pet fee of $150 and they must be approved prior to arrival. Please message us before booking to inquire about your pets joining you during your stay. ✅The home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between stays, but we occasionally host pets, so it may not be appropriate for guests with severe pet allergies. ✅There are two outside security cameras and a Ring doorbell for your safety. ✅The Ward Bell Tower is just on the other side of our backyard. ✅Please be advised that we have occasional lawn care services come out to maintain the lawn. Please expect the presence of our friendly lawn service team during your stay.
