We have everything you might need to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. The home is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and filled with little extras to keep little ones occupied and having fun leaving grown-ups to catch up in peace. The space The home is a 1950s ranch style with a recently finished basement. It's styled in a fun, modern way with all new furniture and decor and a fully-supplied kitchen and bathrooms. We've includes lots of family-friendly amentities including toys, books, games, and baby gear. Upstairs * Open plan living w/ 65" Smart TV with Roku Guest Mode * Board games and puzzles * Hardwoods throughout (bathroom tile) * Recently remodeled kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean up * 2 guest rooms, both with queen beds, dressers, mirrors, side tables, bedside lights, alarm clocks, phone chargers, and closets for hanging (1 with a pack n play crib) * 1 full bath with tub/shower combo, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup removers, hair dryer, wipes, turkish towels * Utility closet with extra batteries, light bulbs, broom, vacuum, etc. * Coat closet with a storable high chair, stroller, umbrella, coat hangers, 2 x kids floaties Downstairs * Yellow room: 2 twin beds with dresser/nightstand, reading light, noise machine, chargers, night lights, toys, books, games, stuffies, and art supplies; also a double workspace with office supplies and a 27" external monitor with HDMI hookup * Full bathroom: shower only with all the amenities of the upstairs bath * Media/play room w/ basketball pop-a-shot, yoga mat, hula hoop, 50" smart TV with Roku, large sectional, floor pillows, safe room to play (when the weather is bad) Outside * Side porch w/ 2 rockers for morning coffee * Driveway for parking 2 cars * Back patio w/ BBQ (gas hookup to house, never runs out!), fire pit, table and chairs for 6, sitting area, fenced lawn with various balls for playing, and bistro lights to enjoy the evening * 5 min walk on sidewalks/crosswalk to Beech Acres park (play area, splash pad, basketball, soccer, baseball, skate park, walking/running trails + community events) Conveniently Located in the heart of Anderson Township, in Cincinnati's eastern suburbs. Other things to note For those with mobility issues, a few things to consider: * There are 2 steps up to the front door, along a longer sidewalk to the front entrance * The side porch entrance includes 3 stairs * The back patio entrance includes 2 stairs * The stairs to the basement are steep and not recommended for people who lack full mobility
