If you have any guests visiting, please call us in advance so that we can clear them ahead of time with the gate security. Please respect quiet hours as there are many full time residents in the community. Quiet hours ( 10pm-8am) also enforced at pool areas. Please be mindful of speed limits. Security will give citations for parking violations and speeding. Also please follow trash rules. Trash left curbside on wrong days or at wrong times leads to trash violation citations $100 per incident. If not sure please leave trash in sealed bags in garage.
