The space The apartment offers you the perfect retreat for an unforgettable stay in Königstein in Saxony. It is located in the second row on a slope. Enjoy the breathtaking views and surrounding nature in all its glory. The central location allows you to comfortably explore the picturesque city and its fascinating surroundings. The apartment is ideally suited for 2-4 people. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a generous double bed (180 × 200 cm). Here you can relax wonderfully after an eventful day. For additional guests, a comfortable sofa bed is available, which offers a sleeping area of 140 × 200 cm. Families with a small child are welcome here. A crib is available for the youngest guest, which has a size of 120 × 60 cm. In the bedroom, there is also a chest of drawers and a wardrobe to store your clothes. The fully equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to cook your favorite dishes and feel at home. Here you will find numerous kitchen appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and a coffee maker with filter. Coffee and tea are included. For the little guests, we have provided children's cutlery so that they too feel comfortable eating. You can enjoy your self-prepared meals at the modern dining table, which offers space for four people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with plenty of storage space so you can comfortably store your personal belongings. It has a shower that allows you to start your day off right. Our apartment also offers free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix access so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies anytime. In addition, normal TV channels can also be received. Other things to note We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Therefore, the cleaning costs for all guests are already included in the booking price. Upon arrival, your guest card will already be waiting for you in the apartment. It offers you various discounts and free use of public transport in the region. Please note that the guest tax is charged separately and is due upon arrival. You will receive a separate invoice for this, as we pay it directly to the city of Königstein. The guest tax is €2.20 per person per day, or €1.60 per person reduced. Discounted guests can be, for example, children and adolescents between the ages of 7 and 18 as well as pupils, apprentices and students up to the age of 27.
