Room for rent: The enthusiastic

Enjoy a room in this peaceful and central accommodation (please note the presence of 2 very sociable CATS🐱🐱). Desk in the room excellent WiFi connection, private bathroom in the hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony available. Elevator. The bedroom overlooks the street. If you sleep with the window open, it can be noisy. Otherwise, it's very well insulated. This is my own apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment (including on the balcony). The space The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, balcony. Bathroom is booked for the 2 Airbnb bedrooms. When only one room is rented, the bathroom is private. There is a visitor car park at the end of the building. This is indeed a visitor parking, if you stay several days, it will be important to move the car as often as possible. This is a non-smoking apartment, including the balcony. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen at all times and can use the fridge. Bathroom with bathtub with shower head is reserved for Airbnb rooms. If you are alone, it will be for you, if there is another person, you will share it. During your stay I myself live in the apartment and will be available if there is anything you need. I work remotely and am a lot at home (often busy too;-) The 2 cats, Litchi and Inaya, are always happy to visit;-) Other things to note I remind you that - the apartment is non-smoking including on the balcony. - the bedroom is for one person only Otherwise, nothing to add if you have seen/read all of the above :-) We look forward to welcoming you to Bulle
