The Little Barn

Vickie, Lee & our labrador welcome you to The Little Barn - a beautiful open plan barn conversion in the beautiful Wyre Forest area of Worcestershire. The interior exude light and space. Sleeps 2-4 guests in two double rooms (bedrooms are open plan). We can provide a cot. There are two sofas, sky TV, broadband and a dining area for 6. There is also a wet room. Kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave & air frier but no hob/oven . Off-road parking and separate access. The space The Little Barn is an open plan living space, but you have your own kitchen (with kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and air frier please note there is no hob/oven but if you want to use ours we are more than happy to accommodate with prior agreement ) and wet room. The Little Barn is attached to our house, but your space is entirely private and the interconnecting door to our house is locked. We have a lovely labrador and he roams round the garden and the outside space but he has no access to the Little Barn at all. Guest access The Little Barn is a lovely airy space and is connected to our home, Field House Farm via the utility room. You've full access to the Little Barn space. You have your own wet room bathroom and kitchen space. Access to the Wet Room is via your little kitchen/utility which also houses our washing machine. We may want to access the washing machine (we are a family of 5!) but would never access it while you were there and would not if you prefer us not to. We have a very friendly labrador who like to wander round. You may hear us pottering about if we are in, but please tell us if we are noisy! As you can see from the photos, the views from the large windows are stunning. Windows are frosted for privacy but still allow you to enjoy the views. We do have an outside eating area, but this would only be available with prior agreement with us. There is no access to our garden area as this is our private space. Other things to note Late check out and early check in may be available on request at £10 per hour.
