Minimal dish soap, dishwasher pods, and paper towels are provided to start your visit. High-Speed Internet: Reliable Wi-Fi connection suitable for remote work and streaming, even strong enough to reach the pool. Washer and Dryer: Convenient laundry facilities just across the back courtyard, accessible 24 hours. Machines can be paid through credit card or app. Private Patio: Offers a spacious area for relaxation and outdoor dining. Air Conditioning: Central air conditioning to ensure comfort during warmer months. Parking: Designated carport spot and additional parking for an extra car or visitors. Smart TV: Enjoy your favorite shows and movies with streaming services. Beach Access: Enjoy an easy 4-minute walk to the beach, safely crossing A1A using a lighted, timed cross-walk. The unit is equipped with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. Outdoor Grill: Available for use, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dining. You will have access to the pool and common areas on the property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE – DAYTIME CONSTRUCTION • Exterior work on our building is complete! • Other buildings within the complex are being worked on weekdays • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Some days may be louder during siding removal, but this phase typically lasts just a few days per building. • NO work in the evenings, overnight, or on weekends • After-hours and weekend stays are quiet • Beach = best during the week • Pool = perfect for relaxing weekends To thank you for your understanding during these daytime improvements, our rates have been temporarily reduced. *Due to HOA regulations, we are unable to accommodate guests with pets* • Linens are not provided, guests responsible for bringing their own. • Sheets and towels can be provided upon request for ease of travel. If provided, guests are responsible for laundering them prior to departure as laundry is not located within the unit. **$150 application fee required by HOA (you will pay the fee when applying and we will deduct $100 from your total) Please note that the application needs to be submitted at least 8 days prior to arrival to ensure everything is processed in time
