Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located in a quiet community, across the street from the beach. Recently updated with all new furniture. Centrally located with plenty of restaurants either walking distance or a short drive away. Perfect place for remote workers, travelers, and those looking to get away from the cold! The space Our home has 2 bedrooms, a full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. Looking out from the living room, you have a spacious 18x20 fenced in patio, which leads out to a heated community salt-water pool. Fully stocked kitchen; including dishwasher (with detergent), ice maker, dish soap, and paper towels to start your visit. Both bathrooms have hand soap and a couple rolls of toilet paper. Livingroom has large smart TV with high speed internet (internet even reaches pool area for some work and play). Brand new furniture. Both seats recline on the leather sofa for added comfort! Each bedroom has a large closet, dresser, and room darkening curtains. Both beds have nightstands, pillows, a quilt, and an extra blankets for chilly nights. Tenants responsible for bringing their own linens. Beach is only a 3-4 minute walk and can be accessed by crosswalk and newly updated path. The unit is equipped with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and 2 boogie boards. We have one designated carport spot, as well as additional parking for an extra car or visitors. Laundry room recently updated and is just across the back courtyard, on the other side of the pool, with 24 hour access. This makes it easy to throw in laundry and still hang by the pool! Machines can be paid through credit card or by downloading an app (this allows you to track how many machines are open and tells you when your laundry is done). **Pets are not allowed in the unit.** Guest access Full access to the whole home. You will have access to the pool and common areas on the property. Other things to note Please Note: The complex is currently undergoing exterior and plumbing upgrades. While work is limited to daytime hours and has not been an issue for guests, we want to be transparent. To thank you for your understanding during these improvements, we’ve temporarily lowered our rates! *Due to child with dog allergy, we are unable to accommodate guests with pets* **pillows and blankets provided. Guest responsible for bringing own linens and towels.** **$150 application fee required by HOA (you will pay the fee when applying and we will deduct $100 from your total) Please note that the application needs to be submitted at least 8 days prior to arrival to ensure everything is processed in time
