You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you can visit Tweetsie Railroad first thing when they open (one person is free) and then zipline at Sky Valley Zip Tours in the afternoon (one person is free) and then enjoy a the Mysterium Escape Adventure in the evening (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. *Does not apply to monthly reservations (greater than 27 nights) and some activities are seasonal. Mountain View at Laurel Ridge is a charming and well equipped 3 BR & 3.5 BA home that can sleep up to 6 guests located just minutes from downtown Boone and the surrounding attractions. We are also close to all of the major ski slopes and attractions the High Country has to offer. The back deck offers amazing mountain views of Grandfather Mountain and the mountains of TN. There is plenty of space to spread out with over 3,400 square feet and 3 levels. Unfortunately, our home is not pet friendly. IF golf is your thing, Willow Valley Resort is just a few minutes away. Willow Valley Golf resort is a nine-hole Par 3 Executive golf course designed by Tom Jackson. Main Floor: Inside offers central Heat & Air Conditioning, an open Great Room with soaring vaulted T&G ceilings, stoned floor to ceiling gas fireplace, HDTV with cable, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The adjacent kitchen has granite counters, all major appliances and a large central island with bar stool seating. In addition to the major appliances, we offer a Keurig maker, a stainless steel French Press, a regular coffee maker, coffee grinder, slow cooker, an electric fry pan, AND MORE! The dining table can seat up to 6 guests and 2 others at the island. Also, on the main level is the half bathroom and a warm and cozy sun room with seating and a HDTV with ROKU. The spacious King Master Suite is on the main level, has a HDTV with ROKU, electric fireplace (no heat-ambiance only), private En Suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, heated towel rack and his/her double vanity sinks. Plus, if you need to do some work, there is also a computer desk and chair. Upper Floor: The upper level has a private queen size bedroom with a small loveseat. Just outside of the 2nd bedroom is a very comfortable loft area with seating and HDTV with Roku, DVD player and several DVDs. Plus, the 2nd full bathroom is on the upper floor with a tub/shower combo. Lower Floor: The lower level is where you will love spending quality family time. There is a seating area along with another HDTV with ROKU and DVD player, cozy gas stove (seasonal) and an 8’ pool table to spend countless hours of fun! The 3rd bedroom in on this floor with a queen size bed and seating area and a HDTV with ROKU. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower and is also joined with the game room. We also offer an exercise room with a recumbent bike, Bio Force weight bench, a treadmill, free weights and a HDTV with Roku. Outside: The front deck has a nice 4 person hot tub and seating to enjoy the sounds of Mother Nature. There is a gas Weber gas grill as well located near the garage (garage not accessible to guests). Access to Mountain View is all paved and very easily accessible with paved parking for up to 4 vehicles and is located in a gated community. Important Information: Mountain View is located in a private gated community and guests are asked to be respectful of the neighborhood. Sound travels in the mountains, so please be mindful when enjoying our outdoor areas. There is a countywide noise ordinance in place after 10:00 PM. 2 night minimum for off peak times 3 night minimum for MLK, Memorial Day, Labor Day weekends and the entire month of October 4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday 7 night minimum for the July 4th week and Christmas/New Year holidays Important Notes: ***The cabin is access by paved roads. However, you it may be necessary to have 4X4 vehicles with tire chains during the winter months. ***The owners use outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure that their home remains safe. No cameras monitor the inside rooms of the home. ***There is no land-line phone in this cabin. Cell phone coverage is not guaranteed. The home does have WIFI so you may be able to call using WIFI calling. ***No Smoking inside the cabin ***Minimum age requirement is 25 years old ***Check in time: 4:00 PM; Check out time: 10:00 AM This rental is professionally managed by "High Mountain Cabin Rentals" We are located in Jefferson, NC and offers over many other quality vacation rentals in West Jefferson, Boone and surrounding areas. As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow, and some foggy days with occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains. It is YOUR responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter. Other things to note Any and all pet fees, early check in fees, late check out fees will be processed outside of Airbnb. Payments will be made directly to High Mountain Cabin Rentals.
