This beautiful cottage sits across from the waterway with a provided fishing kayak (poles not included) and has an amazing private backyard to grill and enjoy meals on the back deck. Take an outdoor shower after a long day at the beach in the fully fenced in backyard perfect for your fur friends. This cottage will make you feel right at home. Once you enter the home you will be greeted with a open floor plan with the kitchen and living space. The living room offers a smart TV, leather couch, and additional seating near the front door. There is also a slider door leading to the deck and fenced in back yard. Separating the kitchen and living areas is a dining room table that seats 4 standardly. Off the dining area is a kitchen that looks over the living room. Off the kitchen is a small room that holds the washer/dryer and refrigerator. The kitchen is well equipped and offer a Keurig style coffee maker. Off the living area is a fill sized bathroom. To the left and right are two bedrooms with queen bedrooms with small wardrobes to work as closets to unpack all belongs.
