The space This is a house for those with a taste for modern aesthetics, natural, airy and minimalistic and yet convenient living. There's also a swing and lounger chairs to enjoy your morning/evening cuppa watching the glorious sunsets. - Modern furniture in neutral tones like wood, white and grey. (No horrible colours and "contrasting interiors". Other things to note Expectations What you pay for is : A fully furnished premium lake facing house with the appliances, furnishings and kitchenware, services of daily housekeeping, high-speed internet, unlimited electricity, use of a gas cylinder, usage of society amenities such as garbage disposal, 24/7 security, common area maintenance, use of the club house and more. What you get is what you get. Please don’t expect services of a 5* hotel. (even though it looks like it.) Treat it like you would your own house that you’ve rented for a bit. And deal with some inconveniences (maid taking an off, something not working, spotting a pest or dust) every once in a while despite the host’s best efforts to make it all smooth. We have a househelp who comes 5-6 times a week to sweep and mop the floors and do the dishes between 10-11am. However please do continue to dust, clean and organize as in a normal house. The maid will need some supervision as well.
