LAUNDRY: We have laundry facilities on our premises! You can have new technologies & eco-friendly equipment that consume less energy and water at your disposal: front-loading washers, dryers and ironing area! The service has a small additional cost and you can request it at the building's reception. Guests must bring their own detergent (LIQUID), softener, or bleach if desired. Pay attention to the instructions for using the machines from the people in charge of taking you to the laundry area. It is vitally important that the detergent and washing products are LIQUID, due to the type of washing machines we handle. Failure to comply with this condition of use may result in a fine for misuse of the machines. BASIC COOKING UTENSILS: You can count on the basic utensils for preparing your food: pots, pans, covered dishes, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc. Oil, salt and pepper will not be included in the provision of our services, any type of edible product for food preparation must be at the guest's own expense. If your intentions to stay with us are for tourist purposes, and you have no intention of using the kitchen at all, you will have the building's restaurant available every day (except Sundays and holidays) OPENING HOURS: My work team will be available 24 hours a day in person at the building's reception. You can write to me via Airbnb's internal messaging system between approximately 9am-9pm (Bogotá Time Zone (GMT-5)) to notify me of any eventuality or desire to extend the reservation! :) PERSONAL HYGIENE AND CLEANING PRODUCTS: The products offered in our services include body wash and toilet paper. Once you have used up the product, you can choose to order a new one at the building's front desk. CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee charged through the platform corresponds to the cleaning that must be carried out after the guest's departure. If you want a cleaning during your stay, you can request it by phone or request it directly from our managers, paying a small additional fee for the provision of the service indicated by my collaborators. PETS: Our little friends will always be welcome with us :). However, an additional fee is required in cash upon arrival. Although we love pets, we know very well that cleaning the space in general is usually a bit difficult with our pets on board! That's why this small additional fee is charged, and in this way we can guarantee a deep cleaning to future guests who rent the space you are interested in :) It is important to know that the interested party must show their intentions to enter pets, and number of pets to the host before booking. This additional fee charged does not cover damage caused by pets to the property of the rented space, and sheets and/or blankets with an excessive amount of hair will have to be paid for by the guest.
