House between the Sea and the Mountains

Very conveniently located rural property in the town of Caravia, fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday or getaway in Asturias. Its location is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet and want to be close to both the coast and the mountains. What's more, everything you might want to visit in Asturias isn't far from here, which makes our place an excellent base. As for the house itself, the layout over three floors is ideal for groups or families, where the space… The space Our house has three floors plus a garage that is accessed by a separate door and where we will find the washer and dryer as well as a meeting area. You can't park inside the garage, although that's not a problem since it's easy to park in front of the house. The access door to the house is on one side. Once inside, the first thing we find is a spacious, well-lit living/dining room with a fireplace. In turn, through this area, next to the dining room, we access the kitchen equipped with everything you need to meet the needs of your vacation. We also have a small pantry for storing luggage, food, etc. Through very comfortable stairs we access the upper floors of the same distribution where we will find on one side two rooms, one with two single beds of 1.05m and a closet, and another with a double bed of 1.35m plus a closet, and on the other side a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Both floors have very good lighting and ocean and mountain views Other things to note Parking in the area is not very complicated, with several spaces right in front of the house or in the vicinity.
