Is close to the road but not much traffic after dinner. Home is older but had many renovations. House is comfortable and clean! The Large layout gives lots of space for families. Master bedroom is large and offers a Tv closet and Bathroom with shower. It also has a private entrance. Other two bedrooms are on the smaller side. Conveniently located in the hallway with the main bathroom. Login to your own internet tv apps or use provided Netflix and lg free channels. Door dash from dozens of local restaurants or go out and enjoy them. We have many favorites please ask for any recommendations! In the warmer months there is a Fire pit in backyard which is up the hill. No private fence for a dog, you would need to leash walk. Patio wraps around the side and back to the enclosed solarium sitting room. It’s like having an enclosed porch area that overlooks the backyard. We have two living rooms one has a 55” smart Tv to lounge in with an office just to the side of it for easy work from home option. Dining room is just off the kitchen, it has a table and 6 chairs. In the closet we have a high chair easily accessible for infants. We also keep in the main coat closet a bin of kids toys, along with some extra dog bowls and pop bags for the pups. We are happy to offer our home to traveling families, a place your able to stay in comfortably together. It’s been a journey to meet and entertain so many families and we wish to continue to do so. Guest access Main floor of the home. No basement No garage No sheds Other things to note We have a mini split for heating and air conditioning in the main great room of the home. The master also has a a/c installed. The small bedrooms do not. Also the oil heat will not be actively on until mid October. For oil Heat we only pay for 200 gallons per month. Our home is an older home that’s had many renovations and additions and upgrades over the years. I hope you’ll enjoy and love and like all the many things about it. We have an original antique solarium room on the backside of the home. It’s great for an enclosed porch area.
