The oversized windows let in a ton of natural light making it feel like a tree house on the water. Go hiking, climbing, light a bonfire, BBQ or just sit on the dock and watch the sun set over the river. Bring kayak's and discover what happens when you sink into the moments together and simply go with the flow in this secluded spot filled with wood and water. The space The main house has three comfortable bedrooms: a master with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, a guest room with a king bed and a bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds (two bunk beds) and a second bathroom off the hallway. There is also a studio apartment above the garage with a king bed, sofa sleeper, kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a smart TV in the living room and Wi-Fi is included. Off the kitchen is a screened in porch with a sitting area and a hot tub. Outdoors you will find a wraparound deck, large fire pit area and boat dock. The dock is covered with four chairs and a picnic table. One boat slip is covered with the ability to tie up two additional boats. Unfortunately, the lake off the dock is not good for swimming, it's shallow and mucky. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the loft in the main house and the garage. Please stay out of these areas. Other things to note SHOPPING/DINING/THINGS TO DO: R&R BAIT & TACKLE (Hwy 41 @ Hwy 27) and LOVE'S TRAVEL STOP (I-24 @ Hwy 27, Exit 161) is 15 minutes away should you need fuel, ice, drinks, supplies etc. WALMART SUPER CENTER in Kimball, (I-24 @ Exit 152 - 30 Minutes). The Kimball Crossing shopping center is home to many fast food restaurants and retail stores. A convenient stop if traveling from Nashville. WALMART SUPER CENTER Chattanooga (501 Signal Mountain Rd., Chattanooga TN 37405 - 40 Minutes). This area also offers other grocery store and restaurant options and is a convenient stop should you be traveling down from Knoxville area.
