Robin's nest is 1900 square feet under air and 1,100 square feet of decking. There is a small dock on the property, great for watching sunsets, snorkeling and swimming. The home also has a dock slip at the Bluff House marina that can take a boat up to 30 feet. It is located on the bluff overlooking the Sea of Abaco and is adjacent to the Bluff House Beach Hotel with its two bars, two restaurants, Marina, pool and beach. The space Open concept kitchen, living and dining. Master bedroom has king bed, 10 foot shower with dual heads and dim-able up-lighting. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, en-suite bathroom with 2 separate sinks on either side of the shower. Adjacent side room can fit pop-up crib. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a twin bed. It shares a full bathroom with the house. The washer and dryer are inside the home, near the kitchen. Outdoor propane grill, too. Guest access The entire home. Other things to note There are games and DVD's in the home as well! VHF Radio in the home for boaters. Bring your aux cable to connect to the sound bar for great music from your phone.
