Situated on a no through road just a couple of minutes walk from Mortehoe village centre and all its amenities, Greenfield is also ideally situated for costal path walking ( just 50m away) and the beaches and town of Woolacombe. Lovingly restored and thoughtfully furnished throughout, the cottage is arranged on 3 floors. If you have young children please be aware that there are lots of stairs without guards. The space The cottage looks over a peaceful garden with stunning sea views. Wake up to the sound of the sea and watch the boats go by. You will enter via French windows into the open plan sitting/ dining room. Comfortable sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Off this area is a cloakroom area for boots and coats and the fully fitted kitchen. The well equipped kitchen has corrian worktops and sink, large fridge freezer, seperate wine fridge, double fan ovens, electric hob and coffee maker. Stairs rise to a landing area with book case, doors to bedroom 1 and 2, shower room and cloakroom. Bedroom 2 has dedicated workspace with desk, chair and lamp. Stairs rise to the 2nd floor landing with lots of natural light and comfortable seating. Doors lead to bedroom 3 with dormer window overlooking the sea and beach and bedroom 4 with dormer window looking over the Lane. Both bedrooms have some restricted ceiling height. Large bathroom with dormer window again with some areas of restricted ceiling height. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have sea views ( and sound!) Bedrooms 2 and 4 look over the lane and gardens opposite. Guest access The cottage has a patio area with outside dining and gas barbque. Steps down to a small lawn, flower beds and gate leading to the parking area and 2nd garden. Steps down to second garden, mainly laided to lawn with gravelled sitting area with low chairs and table, gets all the early morning sun so great for coffee! Other things to note Whilst we welcome children at our home by the sea , please be aware that this is a very old cottage, arranged over 3 floors with 4 half flights of stairs.
