In more detail: - A 36 sq m. heated swimming pool, 1.5 m deep, and enjoy the separate hydromassage compartment with step access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice). - The pool area is equipped with 6 sun beds, side tables, 2 bean bag loungers, and a poolside shower. - Gas BBQ space next to the pool, is naturally shaded and it boasts a gas grill, a compact fridge, an outdoor sink, and a bar height table with 2 bar stools, and is perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink. - Outdoor dining area for up to 8 guests - There is plenty of space for kids to play outdoors, and the ping pong table will also keep them busy. - For those who wish to stay active during the holiday, yoga equipment is also provided (mats, balls, and bricks). - The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests, as well as 3 parking spots inside the Villa premises. - Just a step away from the beach, as you have direct access to a sand and pebble beach in front of the property. ** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax.
