Walk to the Beach! 1st floor condo allows easy access to parking without busy elevators. 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. We have prepared this home for you with all the extras so all you need is to pack your swimsuit and beach towel. Located in the building beside the community pool. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed featuring private bath and private patio entry, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and a twin bed. 1 additional fold out twin bed is availbale. Hall full bath. Located in Wendwood Condo The space King Bedroom has a 32" TV, King Bed Private Bath, Designated work area with small desk and Private Patio entry. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and 32" TV Full Bath in Hall Two rollaway beds twin size are available stored in King BR and Queen BR closet. We have beach toys, umbrellas and beach chairs located in the back patio closet. Please bring your own beach towels for use at the pool or the beach. Starter amenities pack included upon arrival **Sports Lovers we are less than 2 miles to Frank Brown Park for Ball tournaments** 1 parking pass included with stay (one additional parking pass is $25 and must be ordered two weeks prior to arrival). Parking is limited max car space is 2. We are a quick 3 minute walk to the beach with TWO public access areas across from the Wendwood community on Front Beach Rd in PCB. 2 miles west of Pier Park entertainment. Parking is limited to regular size vehicles. (no RVS, trailers or extra large vehicles) Booking age requirement is 25 years or older and adult 25+ must stay overnight for guests. Drying rack for back patio available. Per HOA please do not hang items on front porch railing. Guest access All parking is on the ground level of our condo.
