Relax and cool off in style with the saltwater infinity edge pool, allowing you to soak up the stunning rainforest and endless views. Coral Sea Drive is set on 2.6 acres of secluded rainforest gardens, just 5 mins away from Mossman Gorge, 15 mins from Port Douglas & surrounding beaches & a quick 5 min drive to the conveniences of town. The space Relax and feel at home in our beautiful setting, offering sophisticated finishes and ample areas for your whole group to relax. Elevated on the top level, our home features irreplaceable Cooktown ironwood timbers and beautiful exposed wood beams, white washed features, and industrial barn style doors. Upstairs, the open plan kitchen, 8 seater dining table and living room enjoys soaring cathedral ceilings with seamless access to the glorious outdoor undercover areas and expansive views. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining with a servery window accessing the family BBQ & 6 seater dining table. All new appliances, including stove, dishwasher and 4 door fridge with water and ice dispenser. The main bedroom features a luxurious King Bed with access to the inviting deck to watch the sun set with a G&T in hand. The second KB bedroom resides on this level with private, rainforest views. Run the bath and relax in our spacious tub with open window levers to capture the breeze and scent of the surrounding tropical rainforest. The lower level features a luxurious Queen bed with access to a private, hanging day bed to soak up the views as the sun draws to a close. The upstairs living space features 10kw air conditioning. All bedrooms have their own independent, combination air conditioners & dehumidifiers to maximise cool air flow by taking the moisture from the air during humid, tropical periods and use this to deliver stronger, cooler air. Truly unwind and nestle into your home. With no passing traffic, Coral Sea will leave you with the perfect blend of natural beauty, sophisticated furnishings and a sense of peaceful living. Please note, you will need a car for your stay due to our remote location. Please ensure you have an appropriate car for Far North Queensland that can manage the steep driveway and tropical weather of the Daintree. There is also ample car parking at the home with enough space to park your caravan or boat as you rest before traveling further north. Guest access The full home is available for your stay. Other things to note Please note, that our home has 2 security cameras for guest & community safety. One upon drive up and entry to monitor the quantity of guests arriving & monitor party activity. Parties are strictly prohibited. A security camera is located in the outside pool area to monitor safety & proper usage of the pool. A noise, decibel meter is also fitted outside to advise us of excessive noise beyond the Douglas Shire acceptable levels. Loud noise and parties are strictly prohibited. Drone activity is not permitted on the property due to a recent event which disrupted our neighbours rights to privacy. We honour, support and respect our local communities rights to privacy and the secluded nature of the area. All parties, loud and excessive noise or disruption to our neighbours rights to privacy will result in being asked to leave the premises, where refunds will not be provided. The police may also be called to issue on the spot fines and / or, to request you to leave the property immediately. Please also be aware that the home is connected to the townships water and does not run off a tank. Consequently, water pressure is not as strong as you would experience when living on flat terrain or in the Port Douglas resorts. (Choice of shower and tap heads does not influence water pressure). Please appreciate when booking that we want the home to retain its character and remote feel which calls you to slow down and appreciate life a little more.....which is why we live here :)
