Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located and secure apartment. Multiple beautiful beaches within walking distance, along with access to the Sandyport Beach Resort pool, beach bar, and tennis court. The Old Towne area of Sandyport consists of multiple restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, pharmacy, gas station, and much more. You’ll be a short, 15-minute drive from downtown, a 10-minute drive from the airport, and 2-minute drive from the nearest grocery store. The space This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and reverse osmosis water filtration system for drinking water. There is an in-unit washer/dryer. The balcony is set up with a bistro set and additional Adirondack chairs for enjoying the outdoor space overlooking the waterway. Please note that the unit is located on the second floor of the building (no elevator) and the unit is 2 floors, with the bedrooms being on the top floor. Guest access You'll have the entire 2-floor apartment to yourself. Our guests also have access to the Sandyport Resort and all of it's amenities at no extra cost. Your reservation name and information will be provided to the resort for unlimited access to all of resort including multiple pools and the private lagoon beach, the beachside bar and restaurant, sports facilities and more. Other things to note Please note that the unit is located on the second floor of the building (no elevator) and the unit is 2 floors, with the bedrooms being on the top floor. You'll be welcomed to island life while staying at Nautical Nebruck and, with that, you might experience one of our occasional power-outages. The property does not have a generator, but the power will be restored as quickly as possible. We love The Bahamas for its year-round sun and warm climate, and so do our tropical bugs. To limit their visits, we ask that you keep doors and windows closed when you’re out and be sure to properly seal food items.
