The home is furnished with stainless appliances and granite counters, plus plenty of storage space in the cabinets. The home features a total of flat screen TVs and complimentary WIFI for your use. With a private pool, fire pit, and landscaped yard, this luxury home is the perfect get-away at the beach. Please Note: We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction. Bedding Details: Linens are provided. Beds are not made. Unit will come furnished with comforters, bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases, 2 bath towels & 2 washcloths per bed. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. A valid Visa or MasterCard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. Please note that to confirm your booking, you will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in.
